CD517 is organized and facilitated by a completely female board of directors, comprised of local educators, artists, activists and designers.
CD517 is housed at the East Lansing Public High School (ELPHS) in the Photography and Communications department.
CD517 is supported by a variety of community participants and grant funding agencies.
